Riaz has spent two decades at the intersection of data, technology, and business growth.
He has built and scaled products used by businesses across the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific — including leading the expansion of Silverpop, the marketing automation platform later acquired by IBM. He went on to build Radiate B2B, an intent data and B2B advertising platform. In 2025 he built the first LinkedIn Ads MCP Server, putting AI-powered advertising analysis directly into the hands of practitioners.
He was nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year by the Inclusive Tech Alliance in 2019.
